Navigating:
Select messages (up and down): 'j' or 'k'
Page through message: <Space>
See a list of mailboxes: 'c'
List URLs: <Ctrl>-b
Modifying:
Mark as unread: <Shift>-n
Archive message: <Ctrl>-d
Syncing:
Sync local mailbox to GMail: $
